If you are looking for a youth football camp look no further.  The Panther Creek Catamounts will be hosting a youth football camp on Saturday, May 18th from 9 AM – 2 PM at Panther Creek High School.  For more information see the flyer below.

Cary Pop Warner will have their next football and cheerleading registration on Saturday, May 18th from 9 AM – 2 PM at Panther Creek High School near the football field.  Please visit our website for more information about registration forms and what you will need to bring with you to register your son or daughter for the new season.  You can delay payment until July 1st if necessary.  It is a great idea to sign up as soon as possible to secure your spot for the upcoming season.  If we fill up teams, your child will be placed on a waiting list.

All members of CPW are invited to attend CPW Board meetings.  We meet every 3rd Sunday of each month at 5 PM.  Locations of the meetings do vary.  If you are planning to attend or you need to bring up an issue before the board please contact our CPW President – Ken Kinsey.

This year we have partnered with Riddell in offering some basic football under garments and some upgrades to your football gear.  This is a great opportunity for Cary Pop Warner because a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to the program.  If there is an item that we do not have listed please contact Ken Kinsey and if enough people request the item we can always add it to our list of sports gear.

We are now offering upgrades to our football helmets.  We have had many requests for players to purchase their own helmets and now you are able to purchase the top of the line helmets from Riddell for a really great price.

CPW has been able to make arrangements with several restaurants in the area that would like to partner with Cary Pop Warner by opening their doors to us.  A portion of the proceeds made on that night would be given to our program.  Please mark your calendars with the following dates:

Cary Pop Warner is teaming up with RainedOut to provide free practice cancellation, rain outs, or event information via SMS text message.

It’s easy to join!  Just follow these steps:

1. Go to Cary Pop Warner’s page on RainedOut.com.
2. Click on the “Sign Up Now for Mobile Alerts” link.
3. Fill out the info and under the “Optional Groups” section, select “Cary Pop Warner”.
4. Click agree to Terms of Service.
5. Click “Create Account.”

You will receive an SMS text with a validation code that you will enter on the website to activate your service. You can also add your email to receive notifications at this point too if you like.

You must have a text messaging plan for your cell phone.

You can also get Cary Pop Warner practice/game cancellation updates by following Cary Pop Warner on Twitter.  There are many Twitter apps available for cell phones, such as OpenBeak (formerly Twitterberry) for the Blackberry and Tweetie for the iphone.

Twitter updates are also displayed within the announcement sections on the front page of the Cary Pop Warner web site.
