Your donation to Cary Pop Warner Football & Cheerleading will help us provide young boys and girls in Cary and surrounding areas with the highest quality football and cheerleading organization in the community.

The Cary Pop Warner Football & Cheerleading program was established in 1968 by The Cary Booster Club, Inc. and is a member of the National Pop Warner Little Scholars Organization. Pop Warner Little Scholars has over 375,000 participants across the country and is the only youth sports program that requires scholastic achievement as a condition of participation.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Cary Pop Warner Football & Cheerleading receives no public funding.

Each year we face rising costs for our primary expenses, which are facilities, equipment, insurance and post season travel. Our expenses in these areas continue to rise approximately 20% annually, primarily due to facility usage costs or capital investment requirements.

Even with the cost increases, we have been able to expand our policy of participation scholarships for economically challenged families to more than 25 families. We will never turn down a child that wants to play football or cheer. We have been able to accomplish this through the fundraising efforts of our member families and strong Sponsorship level support from area businesses.

Sponsors are essential to the survival of our program!

Fundraising within the Cary Pop Warner organization is needed to support the operating expenses of maintaining a large youth athletic and academic program. As an organization we average 300 to 375 participants per season. We are not a component of the Town of Cary other then our namesake, thus our resources and facilities are always limited. Participant registration fees are our primary source of revenue.

We have a variety of donor and sponsorship packages to fit your company’s level of commitment and advertising needs. For as little as $50, your business can advertise in our CPW Yearbook. Arrangements can be made for equal credit value for approved donated merchandise or services. Packages can range from corporate donor CPW Yearbook advertising to team sponsorships, event sponsorships and field naming rights.
